The IVS Alumni Association has a few obligatory events that fill up the calendar every year. Some are purely recreational, while others may be educational and professional. Details of each event will be added as logistics and dates are finalized.

The Alumni General Body Meeting

The 2005 Meeting had minimal attendance, which is something we hope will change in the years to come. The members who did attend offered valuable suggestions on how to improve membership, as well as the kind of events and activities they would like to see from the Alumni. If you have suggestions or ideas that would help the organization raise funds, or raise its profile, please come to the next AGM. (See images from the AGM 2005)

Invitations to this year's meeting will be sent out at least two weeks before the scheduled event. If you are a paid member of the Association, please email the Board to ensure that you receive an invite. If you are unable to attend please feel free to send in your ideas to the current Board of Governors.

Career Seminar I

Career Seminar III

Our third seminar follows hard on the heels of CS II - JWT Asiatic is interested in beginning a dialogue between students, alumni and the market, to bridge the expectations raised by the hype of IVSAA. This seminar is tentatively scheduled for Friday, May 12th, 2006. Please check back here for more details at a later date. If you are a member of the Association and are on the Alumni mailing list, you will receive an official invitation a week before the event.
